Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellations must
be made in writing to the 5th
Hispanic Congress Office on or
before
November 15, 2007.
- For
cancellations received on or before
November 15, 2007, the reimbursement
will be made less $50.00 to cover
administrative costs.
- No
reimbursement for cancellations
received after November 15, 2007,
will be made.
- Applicable
reimbursements will be sent to the
interested parties 15 days after the
conference.
